Rules (Chicago, IL Expo):NO PURCHASE OR SURVEY PARTICIPATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NEITHER A PURCHASE NOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SURVEY WILL INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes begins November 6, 2010 and ends November 7, 2010 On-site entries must be received by close of It's a Baby & Family Expo on November 7, 2010. It's a Baby & Family Expo, Inc., 25 Sleepy Hollow Road, Monroe, NY 10950 ("Sponsor") assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or stolen entries or mail. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. ENTRY: Complete the sweepstakes entry form at the Chicago/Rosemont It's a Baby & Family Expo and deposit in the on-site entry box. LIMIT: One entry per household. No group entries. ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older, are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZING: On or about November 15, 2010, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under Sponsor's supervision. One (1) grand prize winner will receive a gift certificate for a four (4) day/three (3) night vacation prize package to any of three Beaches Resorts in Jamaica (land only) for four (2 adults and 2 children, aged 15 and under), retail value: $3,000. Vacation prize package includes deluxe accommodations, all meals including gourmet specialty dining, unlimited premium brand drinks, nightly entertainment, all land & water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the designated airport. All other expenses not listed are the responsibility of winner, including, but not limited to air transportation to/from Jamaica, telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Specialty Shops. Prize package must be used by 11/5/11 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after trip expiration date. Trip is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Reservations will not be confirmed until thirty (30) days prior to the selected travel dates. Additionally, the winner is responsible for paying a fee of $25 per room, per night double occupancy, and must be made upon receipt of hotel confirmation or the reservation will be cancelled. One (1) Second Prize winner will receive a gift certificate for a One-Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) Holiday Shopping Spree online at www.LittleTikes.com. Prize package must be used by 12/31/10 and is not transferable or redeemable in for cash.
