Standard Booth Package:

Standard package is equipped with basic decorative elements:

• 10' x 10' Exhibit Booth Space
• Carpeting
• Pipe & drape
• One (1) 6' draped table
• Two (2) folding chairs
• Wastebasket
• Company ID Sign (7" x 44" B&W)

Cost: $1,000

Space-Only Booth Package:

Space-Only is a "no frills" booth package where exhibitor must bring or rent all items:

• 10' x 10' Exhibit Booth Space
• Pipe & drape
• Company ID Sign (7" x 44" B&W)

Cost: $650

Corner booths: additional $250 per booth
Peninsula (10' x 20'): additional $500 per booth

Exhibitor Kit

Exhibitor Kits will be available approximately 8 weeks prior to event date. You will be able to download all necessary forms and information from their website. You will receive a "TBD" (temporary booth #) for each show — use this # on all forms. Approximately two weeks before the event, you will receive your real exhibit booth number.

In order to receive your TBD Booth #, you must:

• return your signed Exhibit Booth Contract
• a 50% deposit for booth space

It’s a Baby & Family Expo uses real-time data capture to record the names, addresses and e-mails of visitor to the event who sign up for the sweepstakes in the lobby prior to entering the show. Cost: $500.00 per event. Sign up for database by emailing us.

Welcome Bags

Include your product literature, sample or coupon in 4,000 Welcome Bags distributed to each attendee at entrance. Cost: $650.00 per event (non-exhibitor); $300.00 per event (exhibitor rate)
